ICT FOR LEARNING, CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION IN LIFELONG LEARNING. The Information Society (IS) Unit has a vacancy for a post-doctoral researcher to work on a “Socio-economic Analysis of ICT for Learning and Inclusion” Action. This action is currently carrying out research to support European policies that aim to develop and adop ICT for learning and creativity, cultural diversity, socio-economic inclusion of migrants and marginalized youth, youth at risk of exclusion and to support long term care of elderly people. The report will also provide the learning industry itself with some key indicators for how the market might respond to the growing importance of open education practices and open educational resources.
