There is currently some very interesting papers and resources on the Cisco site looking at Educational Futures. Emergent ideas are very much moving towards the CPE-PEN vision of a personalised educational landscape. Some of the language used is similar to ours and some borrows from the current digital paradigms. Items 1,2,3 and 4 are particularly well worth reading.

4. Learning from the Extremes
Commissioned by Cisco, Charles Leadbeater interviewed 100 social entrepreneurs seeking to meet huge needs without the advantage of traditional resources.

5. Collaboration Research and Policy
With the accelerating integration of online collaborative tools into teaching and learning, Cisco has commissioned the Metiri Group to develop a series on collaboration research and policy:
