Make a pledge on Learning at Work Day
If your organisation is committed to supporting all its employees to develop their skills, you may wish to use Learning at Work Day to make the Skills Pledge.
The Skills Pledge is a voluntary public commitment by the head of an organisation to enable all employees to realise their potential by developing their basic skills and supporting them to work towards relevant, valuable qualifications to at least Level 2 – the equivalent of five good GCSEs, grades A–C. The Government will provide funding to help employees who do not already have a Level 2 qualification. To register your interest call 0800 015 55 45 (England only) or visit inourhands.lsc.gov.uk
Is your organisation up for the challenge?
