The Skills Paradox: Confronting inequality in adult learning
11 December, Demos
Demos is launching a new pamphlet confronting inequality in adult learning. The Skills Paradox warns that Britain faces a vicious paradox: the people most likely to take part in training schemes are those who are already well-qualified.
David Willetts MP, David Lammy MP, Don Macdonald of St Mungo’s, and Andrew Sich of City and Guilds will debate the policy recommendations of the report in a discussion chaired by Demos’ Director Richard Reeves.
