The government is expected to publish its green paper on welfare reform in the middle of June. This event will examine the green paper, assess its contribution to the adult skills debate and considering the links between commissioning employment programmes and adult skills provision.

Tricia Hartley, Chief Executive of the Campaign for Learning will provide an overview of the green paper. Paul Warner of ALP and Mark Corney, Policy Adviser at the Campaign, will critically assess the links between JCP and the proposed Skills Funding Agency.
